Of Course Its Difficult Because Its Not Average

There are those students who "choose" to attend expensive Universities.. and then do not major in engineering because the courses are killer... yet they "chose" to take on the "difficult!"
Doing more than the "average amount" of anything... is "resource intensive"... is "time intensive" and takes "investment" to sustain.
Doing short term "snap projects" to maintain the "status quo"... is easier than "committing" for the long and "difficult work" of changing the "culture" and the "infrastructure" by a major project of "vision" for the future... that will "create" long term "transformation"... it requires a "focused... disciplined mind set."
Finding a "new path" up the mountain and "blazing" a new way...is far more "difficult" than hiring a Sherpa and "following" the tried and tested path... of course it is.
That is precisely why NEW... is "scarce" and "valuable"... because it is "difficult!"
The word "economy" comes from the Greek word for "scarcity."
The only things that are "scarce" in this "modern world" of "connection" and "average"... and keeping the "status quo"... are the things that are "difficult"... and the only things that are "valuable" are the things that are "scarce!"
And "real talent" is becoming "scarce" and "valuable"... in a world overflowing with "average."
When you "intentionally" seek out the "difficult tasks"... you are much more likely to "actually" CREATE and "produce value!"
If you just "focus" on "average" then "average" is all you will be... the "easy option"... keeping the "status quo."
When you "focus" on the "difficult" then you become DYNAMIC and will "create" the VALUE of YOU!
