Those people who you think owe you... because you mowed their lawn... give them a lift in your car... promoted their website... gave them advice... you listened to all their problems in the middle of the night... they will probably always let you down... when you call in your... "favour debt."

Favours are not for trading... they are... "gifts"... of your TIME! 

Because they wear out... they fade away... each favour is valued differently by you the... "giver"... and they who are the... "receiver."

As there is no set... "value"... for trading in favours... each is a... "unique"... act.

The best way to view favours are as... "gifts"... that are worth doing for the doing... the REAL value of favours is what you get out of doing the favour for yourself... and you may receive the added bonus of... "appreciation"... from the other... with a... "gift"... from them returned to you. 

When you keep an account book of favours... and you seek to trade in them... you will never get paid back appropriately.

So... can you tell me the trading... "value"... for favours... as each is a unique transaction?
