The Troll That Lives In Your Head

I went out to dinner recently with some my friends and one of their acquaintances... a guy named Ken... was stuck in such a "negative mindset"... I cannot say he was "depressed"... just "negative polarity" on every thing and full of "spite."
Trolls are the commentators begging for a fight... the anonymous critics eager to tear you down... the hateful packs of roving "no minded" intellectually diminished dwarves... out for amusement... because they have "no life" to speak off... they are just "negative losers"... who get their kicks out of "hateful spite."
The man was 30... and had completely given up on anything "positive" about life... he is just going through the motions... being an "troll"... waiting around to die.
I will not be in his company again and will avoid it.
Do yourself a favour... do not ever let that happen to you... as this individual was a "prime" example of this "negative... poverty mindset."
Because the one in your head... when you "allow" it to get a foothold... is the very "worst troll" of all... that "negative voice" of "insecurity"... of "self loathing"... the constant "negative critic"... in other words... your own personal 24/7... "self abuser"... that is the one you need to be the most "vigilant" about... and keep at bay.
Do not "feed" the troll.
Do not "reason" with the troll.
Do not "argue" with the troll.
Most of all... do not litigate... do not make your case... call your witnesses... prove you are right... or make "excuses" or "reason" with the troll.
Because the troll knows how to sway a jury even better than you do.
If you "witnessed" others being "abused"... in the way you "abuse" yourself... and "allow" yourself to be "abused"... you would be "shocked" and "horrified!"
Now... WHY do that to yourself?
Get off the "troll train"... turn your back.. walk away... live your dream life... ship the work... make it happen... get it done!
If you are struggling... I "understand"... I have been there... and I can tell you first hand its gets better... when you "dump" the troll... and walk away... and "move forward"... creating YOUR life as YOU want it to be.
YOU have the world ahead of you... YOU already possess everything you could possibly need for "total success" in YOUR life
Do not ever give up!
Success is A LOT closer than you think... just "dump the troll."
You really do not need it... that is all I wanted to say.
