The Dynamic Lifer Way To Boast The Start Of Your Productive Day

Many men and women have a lot of bad habits when it comes to their morning routines... which will then affect the rest of their day. 

It starts right from the moment you wake up... the first few minutes of your morning are the most important of your day and can set the tone for positivity and productivity for the rest of your day.

Getting you "mind and body" in the right "frame" really does matter. 

Ideally... it helps you to have an app or clock that taps into your natural circadian rhythm and wakes you during your "best time" within a certain window... getting jarred out of a deep REM slumber to the sound of a blaring alarm clock sets you up for a negative day brimming with fatigue and crankiness.

Yet... getting an alarm clock that helps your sleep pattern is only one way.

Here are other dynamic ways to help start your morning of in a better frame of mind and your body energized while eliminating bad habits that destroy a good nights sleep.

1... Give Yourself At Least 30 Minutes Of Private Time...

This means turning off an alarm that might be on your phone... no computers... notebooks... pads...and even newspapers... resist the urge to check your email or social media. 

When you do that... it sets you up for a day of being enslaved to technology... and your early morning time is to be reserved just for you. 

This might mean disabling notifications on your home screen so you are not tempted by that Facebook update or mounting emails.

Focus on what really matters first... you.

Life has not missed you while you have been asleep... an extra 30 minutes is not going to be the end of the world.

2... Swap The Caffeine Fix For Lemon Water...

Lukewarm water with a fresh lemon squeezed into it has numerous health benefits... and you need to drink it first thing in the morning. 

It starts your metabolism... which burns fat while sustaining muscle... cleanses your mouth and throat and gives you a boost of energy. 

Then wait at least 30 minutes before brushing your teeth... drinking... or eating. 

This might be a difficult one for caffeine addicts... you can manage an extra 30 minutes and it is a great way to reduce the need for a coffee fix.

3... Get Up Correctly...

There are many "bad ways" to get out of bed and only one best way... if your body allows for it... roll over onto your right side... then push yourself up into a sitting position before standing with a straight hunching. 

It is the gentlest way to get up and takes the pressure off your heart and back. 

And is an easy ritual to start your morning right.

4... Remind Yourself Of Your Goals And Affirm Them For The Day...

While stretching in bed or prepping your lemon water... remind yourself of your goals and projects you set for the day from the previous night...

Your "to do list" and committing yourself to GETTING THEM DONE! 

5... Stretch Your Body...

It seems so obvious... and yet so many people ignore it... you can do this in bed... using a simple stretched out..."legs and arms overhead movement"... plus a quick yoga workout  is a great way to start your day. 

You can indulge in a supine twist on a padded floor or you can practice whatever feels right for as little or as long as you like. 

Your body and mind has been booted down for hours... you cannot expect it to be warmed up... energized... and raring to go right away.

6... Meditate And Prepare Your Mind...

Do not skip over this one just because it sounds boring or you do not have time for it. 

Meditation is only as strict... long... short... boring... or annoying as you make it. 

A "successful" meditation can often be only a few minutes... do though ensure you are sitting in a comfortable position and focusing on clearing your mind... even if it is only for a minute... it can help your mental clarity and well being and set the stage for the rest of your day.

You probably already know which morning habits are not serving you... so why do you keep doing them? 

Instead... focus on what really makes your mornings better and prioritize them.

As it is the "start" of your NEW dynamic day!
