These simple "bullet point" and "easily memorized" ways will help keep you "focused" on "creating" the best possible life for yourself and those around you.

Okay... I have done my marketing... now onto the list... read on...

1... Drink plenty of "fresh water"... it flushes toxins out of you body and keeps your brain sharp... so not only is "water" healthy for you "physically"... it is "healthy" for you "mentally" too.

2... Exercise daily... even if it is to go for a 40 minute walk... the "endorphins" released into your "body" and "brain"... helps you make "better decisions."

3... Practice "courage"... do at least one thing a day that stretches your "comfort zone."

4... Listen... listen... listen... then ask "open questions" to increase your "understanding."

5... Eat something "delicious" and "healthy"... one "exquisite healthy bite" is better than a feast of junk food.

6... Embrace setbacks... "how" well you handle "problems" defines "how" well you will "acquire" your "success."

7... Like yourself... "love" being "who" you are... because if you do not... it is unlikely anybody else will either.

8... Invest "time" to "meditate" and just be "relaxed" and "peaceful"... it is a great way to "reduce stress"... the source of many "physical illnesses"... and "mental ill health."

9... Plan for "success".... refine your 1... 3... 5 year goals every 3 months... monitor your "achievements" and that you are on track to "acquire" your main goals.

10... Do it now... and "get it done" what you have to do... because the world is a constant "dynamic" state and changes so fast... that if you wait it will be too late.

11... Keep in touch... "friends" are far... far more "important" and "valuable" than money.

12... If you are "stuck" on something... take a "break"... go do something else and then come back to the "problem"... it clears your "mind" and you can come back with a "new perspective."

13... Breathe deeply... now it may seem like I am getting all "metaphysical" on you... yet "air" really is the "breath of life"... get some "oxygen" in you and be "aware" in the "moment" of what you are "creating" in your life... because it is "you" that "creates" and gives "meaning" to your "own life"... you can either "create" a fulfilling "dynamic life" for yourself... or to put it bluntly... a "shit... unfulfilling" life for yourself... you DO possess that POWER!

14... Choose to "frame" your "thoughts" to be in an"optimistic mindset"... as a "pessimistic mindset... thoughts" are like "mental acid" and will "poison" your life.

15... Make sure you get your daily "vitamin... mineral intake"... the lack of them in your body is a "bottleneck" to "sustainable health."

16... Commit to and replace and then eradicate ... "I wish... I should... I hope... maybe" and "I will try... I promise"... from your "vocabulary" and "mindset"... with "I will... I must" and "I will get it done... NOW"...and "you have my word... it will be done"... do not give yourself "permission" to be "wishy washy" and give yourself ready made "excuses" to "fail"... be FULLY COMMITTED to what you do without any "excuse get out clauses"... and that you WILL be FOCUSED and GET IT DONE and be SUCCESSFUL... failure is not an "option" unless it is determined by events beyond your "control."

17... Enjoy LIVING right NOW... the pursuit of "happiness" is the source of "unhappiness"... learn to "relax" and "sit easy" in the saddle of life.

18... Tread "softly" and leave a "light footprint" as you "walk" through life... what we do to the Earth and Nature... we do to ourselves... so "give back" more than you use... leave a "healthy sustainable legacy" for your children and their children and for future generations to come... be an "example" now...  of a DYNAMIC HUMAN BEING!
