I Don't Know?

This is a mantra that is common among many men... and women that say that they want to leap... and have not and will not.
What they are actually saying is...
"I do not have any ideas that are guaranteed to work... that are guaranteed to cause no criticism... or uncomfortable feelings to me... moments when I am sure the whole thing is going to fall apart."
And that sentence is probably true... when you THINK that way!
Yet... “I don't know”... equals no good ideas?
Who are you trying to fool here... only yourself.
Yes... it is possible that your particular challenge is unique... possible and yet unlikely... that your industry... your job situation,.. your relationship... your set of circumstances... is so... “one of a kind”... that the general wisdom that applies to the rest of us... does not apply to you... and it is possible that your problem is so very rare... you are so stuck that in fact there is nothing out there that can help you.
Possible... and yet highly unlikely.
When you complain that you need ever more specific advice because the general advice just does not apply to you... consider looking for the "resistance" in your "fear" instead.
Fear is a wily adversary... and one of the clever ways it will help you hide from the "insight" that will lead to "forward motion" is to play the unique... “this one is different”... card.
Fears Ace card... “I don't know.”
You can learn by "analogy"... if you are willing to take "action" and fail... and mostly if you are willing to get unstuck... the first step is acknowledging that your problem is not that special.
Here is a simple hack that takes whatever word you put in the seed box... and comes up with a "fresh idea" you have never had before... and it can do it over... and over ...and over again.
Good ideas are easy... it is the "courage"... the "persistence"... the "motivation" to "create... produce" and stick it out are what is hard.
That is what the REAL fear is... doing what is HARD... and getting it done... at least you know what is holding you back.
The good news is that those "skills" are available to anyone who cares enough to "acquire" them.

Ace 1... Confidence
Ace 2... Trust in yourself
Fears Ace of... “I don't know”... can be trumped every time when you hold ACES of your own.
