Finding The Others Of The Tribe And Welcome To The Tribe

By Ange Fonce

Tribes build sideways.

And the connection economy of "relationships" depends on that simple truth.

When you "care" about something... you must not wait for someone in charge to organize everyone else who cares about it.

In todays world... when it is easier and faster to "connect" people who are waiting to be "connected."

Inaction is the same thing as being in "opposition."

So... walk the path of the "independent thinker"... expose your ideas to the dangers of controversy... speak your mind... fear less the label of "crackpot" than the stigma of "conformity" on issues that seem important to you.

Be the trouble making "cheerleader" of the boot strappers... the over comers... the kool aid rejecters... the post baby body reclaimers... the healthy eaters... and movers... the strong... powerful... creative... and healthy independent Dynamic Men... and Dynamic Women of this World.

Stand up and be counted as a CONFIDENT... Dynamic Man and Dynamic Woman...  in your life... your loving... your career... your profession.

Become  a DYNAMIC LIFER... and be a force of... "positive penetration"... in this world!

In Danny's own words... his assessment of his Personal Development...

"Firstly I developed my self confidence. Throughout these past months I went from blaming myself for every unfortunate event and seeing myself as a failure to a person that constantly tries to see the good and opportunity in everything. I've also began to not find value in myself based on the way others see me.

I've learned many things about my own behaviours and the behaviours of others that gives me an edge in social situations. One of the most important lessons I've learned is to never assume anything.

The best thing that has happened to me in my personal development would be no longer living my life without an idea of where I am going. I am now taking my life into my own hands and guiding myself to places I want to go.

I am happy with how I'm doing up till now but I am still unsatisfied in the sense that I want to learn and grow a lot more still. I am in one of the hardest places I've ever been in and very unsure about many things but I want this to be a huge learning experience for me and I want to be able to be comfortable in any situation I am put in. I want to reach the stage where I am so confident in myself and my abilities that I will be calm and comfortable in any place I am put in."

What Danny had to say about The First System...  Framing And Reframing The Mind...

"It was fairly easy for me to take what I had learned and apply it because everything was explained in a simple manner and was fairly easy to comprehend. What I really enjoyed was how much self reflection on the topics gave me more insight into my own behaviours. Things I never really thought much about before, even simple things, suddenly came to the surface.

Another aspect I was completely satisfied with was the openness and honesty. I was very comfortable discussing things I normally wouldn't with others and never once did I feel judged.

The availability was another aspect I was satisfied with. During times where I was feeling down and needed someone to talk or vent to, you were usually available to just listen. While It is understandable that this may not always be possible, it can be very frustrating when someone as a coach is unavailable in your times of need. This definitely was not the case with me and I liked that a lot. You don't feel alone.

I generally felt understood when I portrayed my feelings and that meant a lot to me because I didn't feel like I was babbling non-sense. You know how to relate to people very well.

I am pretty satisfied with all the other exercises. A lot of them were fairly easy to do even though some took me out of my comfort zone. Some like writing a letter got me thinking about myself and how I've treated those around me. It gave me a lot of information about myself and helped me discover things about both myself and other people that I had either had misconceptions about before or had just never known.

The exercises that had me interact with other people were a little challenging because that is where my comfort zone was breached the most. Yet it wasn't too hard to do, especially when I treated it as a game. These exercises especially taught me not to take things too seriously.

The modules all in all were a very easy read, nothing was confusing what so ever. What I enjoyed the most was the modules with stories in them. The stories were not only entertaining, but they helped me relate more to a lot of situations. I definitely wouldn't mind more stories in modules.

The humour in the modules was also very entertaining and made the whole experience more down to earth.

It was something to look forward to. A nice hour and a half to two hours to just share with someone how you are doing. Not being face to face didn't matter so much although I'm sure it has its benefits.

The coaching was also never pushy. It gave me my time to attempt things on my own.

What made it most successful to me was that it didn't feel like an obligation. Sure I was speaking to my coach, but it felt more like speaking to a friend. That aspect of it is what made it comfortable for me. I didn't have the fear of not doing well at something or felt the pressure to conform at all.

Finally I almost always felt better after a session of coaching. You have this way of addressing issues that calms the other person down. Nothing is a big deal and everything can be taken care of. It takes all the built up stress I have and just throws it out the window. You helped me re-frame. Showed me the good where I couldn't see it. That is very important and it has stuck with me."
