You can be very, very good at anything you do, and excelling in anything does take hard work.

In societies in which we expect life to just fall into our laps somehow, we have lost the respect for the value of developing ourselves.

And if you are going to excel, not just succeed, you must develop yourself past the ordinary.

Living with integrity means...

  • Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your relationships.
  • Asking for what you want and need from others.
  • Speaking your truth, even though it might create conflict or tension.
  • Behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values.
  • Making choices based on what you trust in and is true for you, and not what others believe in and want you to believe in.
When you find yourself in a frustrating situation repeatedly, instead of fighting it or asking why this always seems to happen, try asking yourself...

"What am I supposed to be learning here?"

You may be surprised at the answers that come from within you.

Reading a book a week on a topic of your choice will make you one of the best-read people in the field within a year.

Then you can solve problems and devise ideas and plans much more easily and effectively than if you never had tried to develop your abilities.

Life's lessons may be viewed as difficulties or challenges to be overcome, and in reality they are exercises in fine-tuning that will make your efforts more effective in the long run.

You are developing skills, attitudes, and perspectives that you need to move forward with insight and awareness.

May You Enjoy A Beautiful Day!
