Empathy lies at the root of every successful individual... relationship... product and service.

Without empathy take a moment to think about how can you know and understand what others want or need?

Without empathy would you be able to deeply "connect" and "relate" to the other person and people in your life?

Empathy is the very concrete mix that the solid foundation of "trust" is laid with.

Empathy is also the key to "influencing" people... empathy allows you to understand other peoples dreams and desires so that you can help make them a reality... empathy allows you to say and do the right thing to help others break through to the next level.

Empathy equals insight which builds trust in relationships which builds... success!

How Do You Create More Empathy?

Easy... listen more than you talk and when you listen and really listen.

Before you speak or act... consider what effect you will have on those around you.

THINK!

Use that grey matter between your ears and treat others the way you would like to be treated.
